Tartufata Sauce
Sauce with black truffles and mushrooms. Ideal to enrich different dishes such as apeetizers, toasts, pasta, sauces, meat, au gratin dishes and omelettes. It could be especially tasty mixed with cream or mayonnaise. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5 to 6 days.
Ingredients
Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus and relative groups), corn oil, Summer Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, flavourings. Shelf life 36 months.
