INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (art.13 / 14 EU Regulation 679/2016, hereafter GDPR)

 

With this document we provide the information related to the processing of your personal data, provided for in art. 13/14 (Information to be provided to the interested party) and 15 to 22 of the GDPR (rights of the interested party).

 Purpose of the processing - your data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Customer management

• Administration of offers, contracts, orders, shipments and invoices

• Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations

• Quality management

• Planning of activities

• Customer billing history

• Detection of the degree of customer satisfaction

• Management of litigation

 

 Legal basis of the processing: for the aforementioned purposes, the processing of your personal data is made lawful, without the need for a specific provision of your consent, by the agreements existing between you and the TDT, as well as by the consequent legal obligations of the TDT itself.

The communication of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the correct development of the relationship between you and the TDT. The failure or incorrect communication of such data can cause the impossibility of the TdT to meet the related obligations.

Consent to processing: your personal data may be processed, subject to acquisition of your consent at the end of this document, and without your possible refusal may in any way compromise the continuation of the relationship with the TdT, for the following purposes:

• Market surveys, statistics, promotional activities including the sending of advertising and promotional material.

 

Processing methods: your personal data may be processed according to the following methods:

• Processing by electronic calculators • Entrusting of processing operations to third parties

• Manual processing by paper archives

 

Recipients of personal data: your data may be disclosed, as well as to internal personnel specifically authorized for processing, including other third parties, in particular to:

• Public and / or private bodies obligator  Intermediaries

• Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture  Forwarders and logistics companies

• External collaborators  Banks and credit institutions

 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations, or in any way disseminated.

Data retention period: according to the terms established by the law for the conservation of tax documents and in any case in compliance with the mandatory terms required by current legislation.

Rights of the interested party:

Pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain from the TdT access to your personal data, the correction and cancellation of the same, the limitation and opposition to their treatment; you will also have the right to the portability of your personal data.

Should it consider that the processing that concerns it is in breach of the GDPR, it will be his right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, pursuant to art.77 of the GDPR.
