Butter and White Truffle
An ideal condiment for appetizers, omelettes, toasts, rice, pasta, sauces, meat and au gratin dishes. It is especially tasty as a twist on your lasagne or other oven baked pasta dishes mixed with béchamel.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use in 5 to 6 days.

Butter, White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 2,5%, Spring White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) 2,5%, Reggiano Parmesan Cheese, salt, citric acid, flavourings. Shelf life 24 months.
