Prepared using “Riso Carnaioli della Lomellina”, Truffle Risotto and Porcini mushroom Risotto are easy to make with surprising results, within few minutes you will have a delicious and successful dish. A must-to-eat- are also the “2serves” risottini, sized 170gr, to taste in many different flavors: saffran, tomato, cheese, asparagus.


Ingredients: Roma Rice, asparagus min. 3%, garlic.

Carnaroli Rice from Lomellina and Truffle, ready in 15 minutes. Just add butter and Parmesan cheese. Ingredients: Carnaroli Rice, Spring White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) or Summer Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 0,7%, aromatic herbs, flavourings. Shelf life 12 months. Size: 300gr.

Ingredients: Roma Rice, grana, emmenthal, pecorino cheese, gorgonzola cheese, (cheese 8%), nutmeg, pepper.
