Pastas made only with natural ingredients, without colourings or preservatives. The high quality is the result of a traditional craft with long drying periods. Our egg pasta is made according to our special recipe: 33% eggs in the dough. The most typical shapes, porous noodles which absorb and keep the sauce. They are excellent with our truffle sauces or condiments.
