Thanks to our preserved products you can enjoy the fragrance of the Upper Tiber valley Truffle throughout the year. They are very easy and practical to use. Frozen Truffles are available in packages ready to use. At any time you can taste a product rich in perfume and flavour.

Our sliced summer black truffle is ideal for hors d'oeuvres, toasts, omelettes, main dishes, sauces, meat and au gratin dishes. Once opened keep refrigerated and use in 5 to 6 days. Summer Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 65%, corn oil, salt. Shelf life 36 months. Size:80gr.
Both are very easy and convenient to use and transport. 10g dried truffle correspond to 40g fresh truffle. Just follow the simple cooking instructions on the label; thanks to the drying process you can have the perfume and taste of fresh truffle all year round.
