A dream vacation in a modern villa, set in a green and peaceful location far from the bustle of city life, equipped with a pool and an incredible view of the Ligurian Sea.Sitting 50 meters above sea level and 800 meters from the beach, Villa il Poggiolo offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Diana, visible from each apartment and from the garden.The Villa is surrounded by a lush garden of olive trees, flower, and green plants. A soft lawn encircles the house and pool area.The swimming pool measures 10 meters by 5, and includes massaging jets as you enter the pool by the stairs. Located in the garden, the pool sits on a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea: in our pool, you can admire the sea below you as you swim! The pool and the surrounding garden are perfect for a vacation of sun, swimming, and fun with family and friends. Forget about parking problems: there is plenty of secure parking available in the garden area. The villa has been recently renovated and refurnished with quality modern furniture.

The villa contains three separate apartments, all furnished with the most up-to-date technology and accessories.

The first (ViP Suite) is very big (160 square metres) and occupies the entire main floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The second (ViP Panorama) is a little smaller (60 square metres) and is on the second floor. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, maximum of 6. The third (VIP Panorama 2) is nearly identical to the VIP Panorama apartment, both located on the second floor. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, up to a maximum of 5.

 

ViP Suite

 

For guests staying in the VIP Suite, a table is reserved on the lawn in the garden in front of the apartment, with a sea view. The table, which is shaded by two sun umbrellas, is 4 metres long and can comfortably seat 10 diners.

In the apartment ViP Suite there are three rooms with big beds, a main bathroom and a secondary bathroom. From every window there is a breathtaking view of the Dianese Gulf.

The kitchen is modern, with a central island in a bar-counter style. A covered terrace is accessible from the family room and kitchen. On the terrace you can have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea.

Air condition in every room.

The apartment is extremely high-tech: the living room has a 42-inch Full-HD television with a BluRay player and HD satellite receiver for all European channels (Astra and Eutelsat), a computer with Windows 7 ‘Media Center’ with remote control and wireless mouse and keyboard.

In the kitchen there is a 32-inch, Full-HD, 3D LED television with built-in satellite receiver, an Apple Mac Mini computer with remote control and wireless mouse and keyboard.

Both computers can be used for high-speed web surfing, free and with no time restrictions.

In addition, both computers have a library containing hundreds of albums which can be enjoyed thanks to a hi-fi system that plays music in every room in the apartment. 1000 Watts total power: 7 amplifiers, 22 speakers (with 20 cm-woofers, midrange and tweeters) installed in the false ceilings, plus four sub-woofers located in various rooms.You can also surf the Internet with your pc for free and without time limit. If you have a laptop or other electronic devices (like iPhone and iPad), you will be able to to surf the Internet using our free Wi-Fi connection, which is available in the whole Villa and in part of the garden.

 

ViP Panorama

 

The ViP Panorama apartment is composed by a double room, a wide living room with two two-beds-convertible sofas, table and chairs, a well-appointed kitchenette, a bathroom and a storeroom, where you can put your baggage. Air condition.

The living room can comfortably host two people on the convertible sofa. Moreover, you can add two more single beds to the two convertible sofas, even it is less comfortable because there will be less free space in the room. In this way the apartment can comfortably host 4 people, and up to a maximum of 6 people.

ViP Panorama is a small jewel and the panoramic view terrace is its strength.

We assure you that having lunch outside on a mild summer day with such a beautiful view of the sea or having a candle light dinner admiring the Gulf of Diano Marina by night will be experiences that you will remember for the rest of your life!

At night it is possible to utilise a powerful telescope, which is at our guests' disposal to gaze at the stars and the moon.

Even ViP Panorama is very technological. HD 32-inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and satellite receiver with all European channels (Astra and Eutelsat). A computer with Windows 7 MediaCenter, controlled by a remote control and wireless keyboard permits the guests to choose and play MP3 songs from a selection of thousands of memorised CDs. High quality Hi-Fi System, digital BOSE Companion 5 system with sub-woofer and satellites.

You can also surf the Internet with your pc for free and without time limit. If you have a laptop or other electronic devices (like iPhone and iPad), you will be able to to surf the Internet using our free Wi-Fi connection, which is available in the whole Villa and in part of the garden.

 

ViP Panorama 2

 

The ViP Panorama 2 apartment is composed by a bedroom with a double bed (and an armchair, which can evolve in a chair-bed), a wide living room (with a two-beds-convertible sofa), a kitchenette and a bathroom.

In the living room there is a flat-screen TV, BluRay player, HD Satellite receiver for all European channels, a Windows computer with hi-fi speakers for web surfing and for listening to tracks from its music library.You can surf the Internet with your pc for free and without time limit. If you have a laptop or other electronic devices (like iPhone and iPad), you will be able to to surf the Internet using our free Wi-Fi connection, which is available in the whole Villa and in part of the garden.There are two panoramic terraces: the first one is 10 sq. m and furnished with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella, and the second one is a little bit smaller; from either of them you can admire a wonderful sea panorama.

Una vacanza da sogno in una moderna villa con piscina e stupenda vista sul mare della Liguria, situata in mezzo al verde di una zona tranquilla e distante dal traffico cittadino.

Villa il Poggiolo si trova a 50 metri sul livello del mare, a soli 800 metri dalla spiaggia più vicina e vi incanterà immediatamente con un panorama mozzafiato sul Golfo Dianese, che si può ammirare da ogni appartamento e dal giardino. La villa è immersa nel verde di un bellissimo giardino di ulivi, piante e fiori. Un soffice prato di erba circonda la casa e la zona piscina-relax. La piscina misura 10 metri x 5 e ha l'idromassaggio nella scala di accesso. E' stata costruita su una terrazza panoramica nella parte di giardino rivolta verso il mare: potrete fare i bagni in piscina ammirando il mare sotto di voi. La piscina e il giardino circostante sono l'ideale per chi desidera una vacanza a base di sole, bagni e divertimento con gli amici e la famiglia. Dimenticate i problemi di parcheggio: nel giardino c'è molto spazio a disposizione per il vostro automezzo, che rimarrà al sicuro all'interno della proprietà. La villa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e riarredata con mobilio di qualità in stile moderno. Ci sono tre appartamenti a disposizione, tutti molto tecnologici e super-accessoriati. Il primo (ViP Suite) è molto grande (160 metri quadri) e occupa l'intera superficie del piano principale. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 9 persone. Il secondo (ViP Panorama) è più piccolo (60 metri quadri) ed è posto al secondo piano. Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone, fino ad un massimo di 6. Il terzo (ViP Panorama 2) è quasi identico al ViP Panorama ed è anch'esso al secondo piano. Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone, fino ad un massimo di 5.

 

ViP Suite

Agli ospiti della ViP Suite è riservato un tavolo in giardino sul prato davanti all'appartamento, vista mare. Il tavolo, coperto da due ombrelloni, è lungo 4 metri e vi possono pranzare comodamente 10 persone.

Nell'appartamento ViP Suite ci sono tre camere da letto grandi, un bagno principale ed uno secondario. Da ogni finestra potrete godere del bellissimo panorama sul Golfo Dianese. La cucina è moderna, con isola centrale in stile bancone bar. Dal salone e dalla cucina si accede a una terrazza coperta, dove potrete fare una piacevole colazione vista mare. Il salone è molto ampio, dotato di un divano capiente e confortevole.

L'appartamento è molto tecnologico: nel soggiorno c'è un televisore 42 pollici Full-HD con lettore BluRay e ricevitore satellitare HD per tutti i canali europei (Astra e Eutelsat), un computer con Windows 7 Media Center, dotato di telecomando, mouse e tastiera senza fili.

In cucina c'è un televisore 32 pollici Led Full-HD 3D con ricevitore satellitare incorporato, un computer Apple Mac Mini con telecomando, mouse e tastiera senza fili.

Nell'appartamento ViP Panorama c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale, un'ampia sala con due divani letto da due posti ognuno, tavolo e sedie, un angolo cucina ben attrezzato, un bagno e un ripostiglio dove riporre i bagagli. Aria condizionata.

Nel soggiorno possono dormire comodamente due persone sui divani letto. Inoltre i due divani possono essere ampliati per aggiungere altri 2 posti letto singoli, anche se questa soluzione non è molto comoda in quanto riduce lo spazio disponibile nella stanza. Quindi l'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4 persone, fino ad un massimo di 6.

ViP Panorama è un piccolo gioiello, e la terrazza panoramica è il suo punto di forza. Pranzare all'aperto in una tiepida giornata estiva con questo panorama mozzafiato sul mare, oppure cenare a lume di candela ammirando il Golfo di Diano Marina by night, saranno esperienze che ricorderete per tutta la vita! Di notte potete anche divertirvi con un potente telescopio, che è a vostra disposizione per osservare il cielo stellato e la luna.

Nel soggiorno c'è una TV a schermo piatto, lettore Blu-Ray, ricevitore Satellitare HD, un computer Windows con casse Hi-Fi per navigare su Internet e per ascoltare i brani della libreria musicale.

Se avete un computer portatile o altri dispositivi (iPhone, iPad o altri smartphones) potrete navigare sempre gratuitamente usando la nostra rete senza fili Wi-Fi disponibile in tutta la villa e parte del giardino. L'appartamento ha due terrazzi super-panoramici: uno da 10 metri quadrati, dotato di tavolo, sedie e ombrellone, e uno più piccolo. Da entrambi si ammira lo spettacolare panorama sul mare.
