All'esterno trovasi una grande gazebo, 4 x 4 metri, ed un grande barbecue, circa 2,50 m l, sotto il gazebo è posizionato un tavolo in granito sardo , in questa zona si accede direttamente dalla cucina con ampio e pratico ballatoio coperto da tettoia in legno, 2012 enorme terrazza con vista mare a ( 200 metri )ed altro gazebo e salotto.All'interno troviamo due camere da letto, di cui una con bagno diretto, ed una cameretta, ed un altro bagno che serve anche eventuali ospiti, cucina all'americana con porta scorrevole a vetri decorata dal maestro pittore Mario Aubry noto espositore al palazzo dei diamanti di Ferrara; salone arredato con stile moderno e mobili di alto pregio, con angolo salotto con grande TV color. Completamente climatizzata con due climatizzatori inverter.

le camere da letto: La matrimoniale è grandissima e dispone di ampio armadio e bagno in camera, mentre la seconda camera è stata appena aggiunta ( 2012) nuova edificazione, e vi si accede dalla vecchia cameretta che rimane in essere. La nuova camera sarà arredata in stile sardo , con due letti separati, che si aggiungono ai due a castello già presenti.
