Taking care of a piece of land is for me an act of love for all that surrounds me: soil, water, plants, animals, people. It sums up everything I’ve ever been looking for in my life up until today and at the same time it represents the essentiality . I travelled the world and now that I’ve finally taken root, I would like the world come here to enjoy the comfort that the contact with the nature inevitably brings sharing an extraordinary luxury: enjoying the simple things in life. The forceful call of the land involves physical and mental work but, at the same time , in the evening, when I lie down with legs and back aching, it gives me a sense of harmony and contentment .

Prendersi cura di un pezzo di terra rappresenta per me un atto di amore per ciò che mi circonda: il suolo, l’acqua, le piante, gli animali, le persone; riassume tutto quello che ho sempre cercato nella mia vita fino ad oggi e rappresenta l’essenzialità allo stesso tempo. Ho girato il mondo e adesso che ho finalmente messo radici vorrei che il mondo venisse qui, a godere del benessere che il contatto con la terra inevitabilmente porta ed a condividere un lusso supremo: quello delle cose semplici.

Un richiamo fortissimo quello della terra che comporta fatica fisica e mentale ma che regala un senso di armonia e appagamento quando alla sera ti fa coricare con le gambe e la schiena indolenzite.

18. sajandist pärit hoone on taastatud aastatel 2011-2012, säilitades originaalsed arhitektuurilised detailid ja kasutades kahte kriteeriumit – loominguline materjalide taaskasutus ja kohalik ökomaterjal. Maja asub kõrgendikul vaatega  Vallambrosa metsa ees asuvale Arno orule.

Talul on 9 ha metsamaad, aasad, oliivisalud, viinamarjaistandused ja puuviljaaiad. Talu järgib hoolega keskkonnasõbralikku ja jätkusuutlikku ökopõllumajandust. Kütmiseks kasutatakse puid, soojavee ja elektrisaamiseks on kasutusel päikesepaneelid.

Majutuses võimalik osaleda töötubades: leiva küpsetamine; oliivõli baasil seebi valmistamine; mesilasvaha küünlad; traditsiooniline köök; möödunud aegade kunst ja käsitöö.

Samuti saab siin erinevaid üritusi korraldada.
