Thought of for anyone in search of a place as artistic fascination, GombitHotel is the first design hotel within the ancient walls that enclose the Città Alta, the ancient village of Bergamo.Next to the Torre del Gombito, a thirteenth century stone tower, between being a collection of art and a workshop, the hotel is an experimental laboratory and gallery where young artists work together to keep the interiors alive.

 

Distributed on four floors, the thirteen rooms differ one from the other but share the style of the design. The furnishings are designed for absolute comfort, with frequent references to the linear geometry of the Tower. The welcoming interiors, where every detail has been cared for, as if in your sitting room at home, change from day to day, presenting a minimalist collection of tones and materials: grey in the choice of the large and precious stone slabs, rope for the rich linens and grey-brown for the wooden flooring, with light hues for the made-to-measure design furnishings.

Distribuite su quattro piani, le tredici camere sono una diversa dall’altra ma accomunate dallo stile del design. Gli elementi di arredo sono disegnati all’insegna del comfort assoluto, con frequenti richiami alla geometria lineare della Torre. Gli interni, accoglienti e curati in ogni dettaglio, come un salotto di casa, cambiano di giorno in giorno, presentando una collezione minimalista di toni e materiali: grigio nella scelta delle pietre a lastra grande e preziosa, corda per i lini pregiati e grigio-marrone per le pavimentazioni in legno, con toni leggeri per gli arredi di design, tutti prodotti su misura.
