The origins of the Villa

The earliest documents relating to the villa date back to 1821 in the form of a map showing the plan of part of the building. The house, which was classified as a “farmhouse” until the early decades of the 20th century, was transformed into a large holiday residence through substantial restructuring work undertaken by the wealthy Florentine family that owned the estate at the time.

 

Since then, Villa Le Vigne has become a reference point for people desiring to discover the charm and genuineness of Tuscany’s vineyards, cities of art and soft, undulating landscapes. Le origini della Villa
Le prime notizie documentate sulla Villa risalgono al 1821, grazie a una mappa che mostra la pianta di una parte della struttura. La casa, che viene definita “Colonica” fino ai primi decenni del Novecento, diventa poi un’importante residenza di vacanza anche grazie a dei sostanziali interventi di modifica apportati da una ricca famiglia fiorentina, all’epoca proprietaria della tenuta.

Da allora Villa Le Vigne è diventata un punto di riferimento per coloro che vogliono scoprire la Toscana più autentica e affascinante, quella dei vigneti, delle città d’arte e dei profili morbidi, sopratutto grazie a una posizione privilegiata (nel cuore del triangolo formato da Arezzo, Firenze e Siena) e a un fascino genuino, ancora vicino a quello dei grandi casolari di campagna.

Le caratteristiche
Il recente intervento di ristrutturazione ha rispolverato lo charme originale della Villa.
