Paulesa has always been the family farm Pais, which over the years has grown to accommodate his guests becoming Farm.

Impossible not to be charmed by the warmth and authenticity of this place and its people. The kindness and the delicacies of Mrs. Pina, or sisters Giovanna and Maddalena, chats before the fire with their extraordinary father, ziu Antoni, which tells the story of his homeland with the words and eyes, the mountain views, ponies between fields ... priceless experiences, as well as the pleasure of tasting flavors and scents that only a genuine love for their land is able to offer. Paulesa è da sempre l'azienda agricola della famiglia Pais, che negli anni si è ingrandita per accogliere i suoi ospiti diventando Agriturismo.

 

Impossibile non rimanere incantati dal calore e dalla genuinità di questo luogo e della sua gente. Le premure e le prelibatezze della Signora Pina, o delle sorelle Giovanna e Maddalena, le chiacchierate davanti al fuoco con il loro straordinario babbo, ziu Antoni, che racconta la storia della sua terra con le parole e con gli occhi, la vista sulle montagne, i cavallini tra i campi...Esperienze impagabili, così come il piacere di gustare sapori e profumi che solo un autentico amore per la propria terra è in grado di offrire. Ricorderete a lungo i ravioli fatti a mano, i formaggi, il cinghiale in umido...e le crostate, la nutella casalinga e i dolcetti alle noci delle colazioni...
