The farmhouse saplings, dates back to the eighteenth century. It was built by Pia House of Mercy of Pisa for the Grand Duke Leopold of Tuscany.

The terrain of the property covers the whole hill from the river Chioma the top of the hill, where stands the farmhouse, encountering a variety of lush plants and trees typical of our Mediterranean vegetation as well as many species of animals and birds that inhabit it.

The position on the hill was chosen by the Church with great care, in order to dominate the surrounding land and enjoy the fresh and healthy air rich in salt, from the nearby sea, which helps the body to improve breathing capacity and eliminate toxins.

The farmhouse was conceived, from the beginning, to be a suitable place to rest and relaxation of body and spirit: the feeling is that ofa place hanging from the sky, where the scent of the countryside and the taste of salt air that rises from the sea meet, and where you can simultaneously hear the rustle of the leaves of the forest and the rumbling of the waves crashing on the rocks.

Il Casolare Alberelli, risale al XVIII secolo. Fu costruito dalla Pia casa della Misericordia di Pisa per volere del Granduca Leopoldo di Toscana.

Il terreno della proprietà si estende su tutto il colle, dal fiume del Chioma alla cima della collina, dove sorge il Casolare, incontrando una lussureggiante varietà di piante e alberi tipici della nostra vegetazione Mediterranea così come molte specie di animali e uccelli che lo popolano.

La posizione sulla collina fu scelta dalla Chiesa con grande cura, per poter dominare i terreni circostanti e godere della fresca e sana aria ricca di salmastro, proveniente dal vicino mare, che aiuta il corpo a migliorare la capacità respiratoria e a eliminare le tossine.

Il Casolare fu concepito, fin dall’origine, per essere un luogo adatto al riposo e alla distensione del corpo e dello spirito: la sensazione è quella diun luogo appeso al cielo, dove il profumo della campagna e il sapore della salsedine che risale dal mare si incontrano, e dove è possibile sentire contemporaneamente il fruscio delle foglie del bosco e il brontolio delle onde che s’infrangono sugli scogli.

Talu asub Nibbiaia küla ja Monti Livornesi looduspargi veerel. Maja on ehitatud Pia Casa della Misericordia palvel suurhertsogile Leopold, Toscanast. Hoone on ehitatud 1700a. lõpul künkale, kust võib tunda ja näha merd. Tänu oma asukohale ja avarale rohelisusele, mis talu ümbritseb, saab siin nautida parimat olemist Toscanas. Ainulaadsed ja hingematvad vaated Vahemerele ja mõnedele saartele – Capraia, Elba, Korsika, Gorgona. Ümbruses on lugematul hulgal metsaradasid, kus jalutada ja sukelduda Vahemere taimestiku keskele ning nautida kõiki tema värve ja lõhnasid. Samuti jalutada mööda muistseid radu, mis viivad väikestesse keskaegsetesse linnadesse, etruskide pühakodade ja –paikade juurde.

Fuori Perimetro“ on õueala vaid mõne sammu kaugusel majast, vaatega merele.

Platvorm – puidust terrass maja lähedal on sobiv koht jooga tegemiseks või lihtsalt õues puhkamiseks.

Aias on võrkkiiged, pingid ja suured kivid, kus saab istuda ja rahulikult olla vaikuses või kuulata looduse hääli.
